Creating Memories That Last a Lifetime

Since 2003, Tickets4Kids has given underserved children and their families a night out they might not otherwise have — a Nuggets game, Disney on Ice, a live concert. Thanks to a longstanding partnership with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, these outings do more than entertain. They build confidence, create family memories, and show kids a world of possibilities beyond their everyday surroundings.

Keeping Students Connected to Learning

When the COVID-19 pandemic forced learning online, many students suddenly had no computer at home. Inner City Youth, Inc. responded by launching Laptop4Kids-2-Own — providing students with the technology they needed to keep learning.

Thanks to the generosity of Newmont, 14 laptops and 14 monitors were donated and distributed directly to students. For many families, these devices became more than a pandemic necessity — they remained a valuable resource for continued learning long after schools reopened.

Encouraging Healthy Minds and Healthy Bodies

Inner City Youth, Inc. believes a child's ability to learn begins with good health. Fit4aKid was created to promote healthy lifestyles by encouraging children to stay active, make healthy choices, and understand the connection between physical wellness and academic success.

Through age-appropriate fitness activities and nutrition awareness, Fit4aKid aims to help children build confidence in both mind and body — reinforcing the belief that healthy children are better prepared to learn, grow, and succeed.

Food4Kids

Helping Families When They Needed It Most

Inner City Youth, Inc. believes that children learn best when their basic needs are met. Through Food4Kids, the organization provided food assistance to families experiencing financial hardship.

To raise funds for non-perishable food items, Inner City Youth, Inc. hosted Kids Got Talent, a community talent show that brought children, parents, and neighbors together — while showing young people that they, too, can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. That year's winner, a kindergartener, is pictured receiving his prize.

With funds raised, Inner City Youth, Inc. delivered food boxes to families at 18 underserved schools during the holiday season, helping ensure they had additional support during a time when many faced financial challenges.

Klothes4Kids

Helping Children Stay Warm and Ready to Learn 

Many children arrive at school without adequate winter clothing. Klothes4Kids helps families in need by providing warm coats and other essential clothing items — because a child who is warm and comfortable is better able to focus and participate fully in school.

Klothes4Kids reflects Inner City Youth, Inc.'s ongoing commitment to meeting the everyday needs of children and removing barriers to learning.
